Since forming in 2009 in Maryland, Full of Hell has been in a constant state of convulsion, grinding down and spitting out elements of grindcore, noise, death, hardcore and industrial electronics in cryptic formations on five acclaimed full-length albums and collaborations with heavyweights like Merzbow and The Body. With equal parts raw aggression and reckless experimentation, they have cemented their reputation as the absolute avant-garde of extreme music, without ever losing their sense of the direct and compelling. Despite an extensive touring schedule and a large, devoted audience, this is our first chance in almsot ten years to see them live in Stockholm.
We invite you to an evening filled with apocalyptic atmosphere, suggestive drone rock and avant-garde doom. With the addition of a vocalist and free rein in a barn in the Finnish countryside during the pandemic, SUM OF R have found their way from dark ambient to a powerful ritualistic metal sound on last year’s ’Lahbryce’. Belgium’s WYATT E creates the soundtrack to a pilgrimage among lost cities and civilizations in the desert, an intense psychedelic soundtrack with clear Middle Eastern influences. Both acts made acclaimed appearances last year at the prestigious Roadburn Festival. To this we add the raucous inferno of Stockholm septet A\\VOID.
Come with us on this journey!
CS + KREME
Australians Conrad Standish and Sam Karmel create slow and hallucinatory music under the name CS + KREME. They seamlessly sweep across fields such as electronica from the early 00s, pulsating post-punk, ambient rituals, and midnight jazz. Around Standish’s characteristic bass playing, they attach a web of quietly seductive, deeply romantic soundscapes that immerse the listener in an emotional meditative state.
The album ’Snoopy’ from 2020 appeared on many end-of-year lists, and last year the sequel ’Orange’ was released. This will be the first opportunity ever to see them live in Sweden.
When Marlena Salonen is not DJ-ing around Europe, composing sound for art installations, and running the record label Moloton, she makes dreamy, slightly skewed house under the name MOONILENA. Her debut, ’Tiny Portals’ from 2021, was well received for its obvious sense of melody and warm lo-fi sound.
With dramatic synthscapes and driving futuristic rhythms, KWC 92 builds a dark cinematic fantasy that draws you into a neon-lit and rain-soaked metropolitan labyrinth.
With equally acclaimed and mysterious releases on the iconic New York label L.I.E.S all too many years ago, a sequel on The Trilogy Tapes is coming soon.
Avant-garde metal band IMPERIAL TRIUMPHANT let the musical heritage of their hometown of New York take place in a turbulent mix of influences where black metal meets jazz without apologies. The result is as raw and brutal as it is elegant. Here the decay of the big city and the nastiest essence of hell come together in a glass of golden champagne.
They have released six studio albums since 2014, but had a bigger breakthrough with 2020’s ’Alphaville’, where they worked with, among others, Tomas Haake from Meshuggah and Trey Spruance from Mr.Bungle to create one of the most interesting metal albums of recent years. It is both wildly experimental and immediately listenable and was named the tenth best of the year by Metal Hammer. Last year they followed up with ’Spirit of Ecstasy’, which challenges the boundaries of the band’s sound even more.
Prepare to have the relentless bass shake you to your core.
Kevin Martin has been creating the physical experience of sound that is THE BUG since the late nineties, with highlights such as 2008’s ‘London Zoo’, where dancehall and grime influences blend seamlessly with metal and electronic avant-garde into a toxic decoction that pushes you against the walls of the dance floor. Martin says he wants a live show to give you scars for life and those of us who have experienced it before know that we will never forget it. The new album ‘Fire’ channels all the pent-up anger and frustration from the pandemic years and is just as fitting as a soundtrack to a new reality of war and social unrest. It will be a total catharsis, a cleansing through sound and fire.
Two of the album’s sharpest MCs will join this evening: Logan and Manga Saint Hilare.
The venue has been enhanced by Capital Sound System’s powerful sound rig so that the music can be experienced as it was intended.
To keep you and the speakers warm, we have also invited the British grime artist EARS together with MARCUS PRICE and CARLI and the dj crew MASH UP INTERNATIONAL.
Get some Fire in your belly and feel the BURN!
Holy Other (UK), Hus 7, Oct 24
A master of dark beauty is back after a long silence.
Last year, HOLY OTHER released their second album Lieve, nine years after the critically acclaimed Held and EP With U. The breakthrough release on legendary label Tri Angle was praised during a time when the term witch house was generously thrown around, but the music that David Ainley created has stood the test of time and still feels as close and deeply emotionally hitting, simultaneously ethereal and strongly physical, as foreign to genre division with broad influences from r&b, UK garage and house in a gritty atmospheric downtempo.
The new album is no exception. Recorded at Bidston Observatory on the British peninsula of Wirral, it takes advantage of the special acoustics offered by the cavernous basements and symmetrical wooden domes.
A decade after the last performance in Sweden, a new chance is now finally given to be enveloped by Holy Others’ intimately nostalgic fabric.

Cosmic death metal band BLOOD INCANTATION from Denver, Colorado, brings the genre to places it rarely goes. With their virtuosic instrument whipping, they do not content themselves with throwing us into the deepest abysses but evoke a psychedelic whirlwind that pushes us through the fabric of existence and into the next dimension. It’s a world both archaic and futuristic, unlike anything we’ve seen before.Their innovative sound has received attention even outside the metal circles. On their newly released album Timewave Zero they take yet another unconventional step, into a landscape of bleak synth ambient. But this evening, we’ll enjoy the infernal drive and cosmic harmonies that they perfected on the previous album, Hidden History of the Human Race.
The Canadian doom metal duo VILE CREATURE opens the evening with a massive battering ram against the consuming apathy of modern life.
